Sub: Revision of Tariff w.e.f. 1.10.2004- Amendment at Sr. No. 10 under note of CCNo. 57/2004 dated 9.12.2004 regarding Agricultural pumpsets for irrigation purpose.

In view of clarification received from PSERC NOTE of CC No. 57/2004 dated 9.12.2004 is amended to be read as under:

NOTE:

"10. AGRICULTURAL PUMP SETS FOR IRRIGATION PURPOSE:

a) Farmers of Kandi Area, PAU Ludhiana, PSTC, Lift Irrigation & other connections of tubewell released under SP/MS category to be charged AP Tariff.
b) AP tubewell consumers getting supply from rural feeders to be charged AP flat rate or AP metered tariff.
c) AP tubewell consumers getting supply from urban/city/urban pattern supply feeders to be charged AP metered tariff.
d) AP consumers located within Municipal Limits will be covered under AP metered rate as before.

Provided AP loads above 20 BHP shall be given metered supply only irrespective of the feeder from which it is connected.

CC No. 57/2004 dated 9.12.2004 stands amended to the above extent. All other terms & conditions for the ibid circular remain unchanged.
