Subject:   RELAXATION OF COMPULSORY WEEKLY-OFF DAY & FIXING OF WEEKLY OFF DAY OF NEW 66KV CONNECTIONS.

Please refer to this office PR Circular No. 04/2007 dated 9.6.2007 on above cited subject.

In this regard, it was decided to relax/shift the compulsory Weekly Off day of the industries mentioned as under:-

  1. Weekly off day of Industry falling on 3.4.08 & 4.4.08 was relaxed vide this office fax message no. 6028 dated 3.4.08.
  2. Weekly off day of Industry falling on 5.4.08 & 6.4.08 was relaxed vide this office fax message no. 2892/97/SO/PRC dated 4.4.08.
  3. Weekly off day of Industry falling on 7.4.08 was relaxed vide this office fax  message no. 4187 dated 6.4.08.
  4. Weekly Off day of M/s Punjab Steel Mandi Gobindgarh A/c No. LS-61313,  emanating from 66KV S/S Amloh Road was fixed to Saturday w.e.f. 5.2.2008 to onwards.
  5. Weekly Off day of M/s K.C.Soni Mandi Gobindgarh A/c No. LS-61508, emanating from 66KV S/S Amloh Road was fixed to Saturday w.e.f 2.11.07 to onwards.
  6. Weekly Off day of 66KV M/s Happy Forging, Ludhiana A/c No. LS-129. emanating from 220 KV S/S Sahnewal was fixed to Sunday w.e.f. 10.4.08 to onwards.

All other terms and conditions of PR Circular No. 04/2007 dated 9.6.07 shall remain unchanged.

Accordingly, the amended annexure for observing Compulsory Weekly Off day for Mandi Gobindgarh and City East & West Circle, Ludhiana is enclosed herewith.
